ctrlX SAFETY workshop

This is a hands on workshop intended for Rexroth (employees/partners) application engineers.

Areas to be covered:

• Learn about integrated SafeMotion functions in ctrlX DRIVE. 
• commission ctrlX DRIVE DRIVE^plus SafeMotion parameters/functions
• Commission SAFEX-C15 control system.     
• Troubleshoot the safety technology of the system.

 DAY 1 : 8:30am-5:00pm    lunch will be provided
 DAY 2 : 8:30am-5:00pm    lunch  will be provided
 

The class size is limited to 8 participants.

This workshop is free of charge (a $1000 savings) for Rexroth partners.

*Prerequisite: Please conduct the eLearning module "ctrlX CORE I-EN" prior to attending this workshop.

In this eLearning you will get an overview of the potentials and possibilities of the industrial controller ctrlX CORE. You will get an overview of the hardware and learn different ways to create a ctrlX CORE virtual or to connect to a ctrlX CORE. You will also learn how to install apps, change parameters in the ctrlX Data Layer, and transfer app data between a virtual and real ctrlX CORE.

After completing this eLearning module, you will be familiar with the ctrlX SAFETY fundamentals. You will have gained knowledge on the SAFEX-C.1X devices and the ctrlX SAFETY Engineering. Furthermore, you will get the first steps how to commission a SAFEX-C.15 with the ctrlX SAFETY Engineering and you are able to program your first example project.
