#82205 IndraMotion MLC Troubleshooting & Restoring with Lx5 Series Controls (on-line)
This one-day online course introduces the electrical connections, functions, and operating modes of Rexroth’s IndraMotion MLC using Lx5 series control hardware and IndraDrive servo drives. Participants learn to use IndraWorks™ ML Engineering and WebAssistant for parameterization, system information, and fault diagnostics, with exercises reinforcing key concepts. The course is intended for end users without access to machine source code or IndraWorks™ ML Engineering.

What you will learn:
▶ Connect to Lx5 controller using IndraWorks™ ML Engineering, either with or without a source project
▶ Utilize the Lx5 controller’s WebAssistant to troubleshoot, archive, and restore
▶ Understand the relationships between the controller and other connected devices
▶ Archive and restore the Lx5 controller application and configuration
▶ Replace Lx5 controller and components
▶ View and edit online Axis and Control parameters
▶ View and understand the Lx5 controller diagnostic system
▶ Configure and operate the built-in Oscilloscope to diagnose Axis operation
▶ Understand and troubleshoot Sercos communication used to transfer data between the motion control and servo drives.
This one-day online course provides familiarization with the electrical connections, functions, and various operating modes of Rexroth’s IndraMotion MLC using the Lx5 series control hardware along with the IndraDrive series Servo Drives. This course covers the use of both IndraWorks™ ML Engineering software and the WebAssistant for parameterization, system and fault information, and system recognition of components. Training is enhanced through class exercises designed to reinforce each aspect and function of the system. This training is intended for end-users that do not have access to their machine’s source code and/or do not have access to IndraWorks™ ML Engineering.
