This one-day course covers the use of the integrated SafeMotion Technology function available in the Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive family. The setup and operation of the function is covered and performed in the drive. The history and current machine requirements of the technology are discussed to help the student further understand the operation of the function, and how it relates to various other machine/process functions.

This two-day course is designed for weld engineers, programmers, and maintenance electricians. It covers the theory of operation and the function of major components, as well as electrical interface, diagnostics, and practical troubleshooting. Hands-on training is conducted using the PSI 6100 Welding Inverter simulators. The course also includes instruction on backing up and restoring the PSI 6100 Welding Inverter. The course is priced per student, with a maximum of six students per class.

This two-day online course builds on basic IndraDrive training & focuses on the Motion-Logic function of the IndraLogic Gen1 PLC within Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive digital servo drives. Participants learn setup, parameterization, programming, & operation of the integrated PLC, including task timing, I/O, expansions, & HMI interfacing. Training is reinforced through exercises using IndraWorks™ software, PLCopen motion function blocks, & IndraLogic Visualization to simulate HMI control & monitor axis operation.

This two-day course focuses on the Motion-Logic functionality of the IndraLogic Gen2 PLC integrated within Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive digital servo drives. Building on knowledge from courses #1110 or #1600, students will configure, parameterize, and operate the integrated PLC, including task timing, system I/O, expansion options, and programming. Hands-on exercises include axis I/O control using PLCopen motion function blocks and HMI interfacing with IndraWorks™ and IndraLogic Visualization for simulation.
