#2000-OS IndraMotion MLC* (Without Source Code) Maintenance & Troubleshooting (This training will be held in your facility)
This one-day course introduces the IndraMotion MLC control hardware (CML or XM series) and the use of IndraWorks or WebAssistant for system diagnosis, archiving, and restoration. Hands-on exercises reinforce key concepts. This course is intended for users without access to the MLC source project or IndraWorks ML/SL Engineering; PLC programming and application troubleshooting are not covered.
Description
What you will learn:
► Connect to an MLC* controller using IndraWorks and WebAssistant
► Archive, replace, & restore MLC* devices
► Troubleshoot an existing IndraMotion system or hardware
► Understand the various communication methods used to transfer data between the Motion Control, HMI, and Servo Drives
► Troubleshoot Sercos III ring redundancy
► Understand how servo drive motion is controlled and monitored
This one-day course provides familiarization with the IndraMotion MLC control hardware (CML or XM series).
This course uses IndraWorks software or WebAssistant for diagnosis, archiving, and restoring an active IndraMotion system. Training is enhanced through class exercises designed to reinforce concepts. This course is intended for those without access to the MLC source project and/or IndraWorks ML/SL Engineering. Because of this, PLC application troubleshooting and programming are not covered in this class.
*The hardware covered in this class can include L20, L25, L40, L45, L60, L65, L75, XM21, XM22, or XM42 controllers running the MLC firmware. Please specify the control hardware when requesting classes.
