#2010-OS IndraMotion MLC* Maintenance & Troubleshooting (Training will be held at your facility)
This two-day course provides familiarization with the configuration and programs of all types of motion available in the Bosch Rexroth’s IndraMotion MLC control hardware (CML or XM series). This course uses IndraWorks™ software for parameterization and program monitoring. Training is enhanced through class exercises designed to re-enforce each programming concepts. The IndraLogic Visualization function is used for controlling program operation and for program monitoring.
Description
What you will learn:
► Edit the various components in an existing Project
► Connect to an MLC* controller using IndraWorks and WebAssistant
► Archive, replace, & restore MLC* devices
► Troubleshoot an existing IndraMotion system or hardware
► Troubleshoot and maintain motion programming using multiple PLCopen supported languages
► Understand single axis and synchronized motion
► Understand Electronic Camming
► Understand the various communication methods used to transfer data between the Motion Control, HMI, and Servo Drives
► Troubleshoot Sercos III ring redundancy
► Understand how servo drive motion is controlled and monitored

*The hardware covered in this class can include L20, L25, L40, L45, L60, L65, L75, XM21, XM22, or XM42 controllers running the MLC firmware. Please specify the control hardware when requesting classes.
