IndraDrive (MLD) PLC Courses

This two-day course covers MLD, the IndraLogic PLC’s Motion-Logic function integrated into IndraDrive digital servo drives. Building on basic IndraDrive training, participants navigate and troubleshoot existing MLD-S and MLD-M projects, make basic program edits, verify communications and I/O, and diagnose PLC and motion operation. Exercises use IndraWorks™ and PLCopen motion function blocks to examine PLC-drive data exchange, interface with higher-level controls and HMIs, and monitor axis operation.

This two-day course focuses on the Motion-Logic functionality of the IndraLogic Gen1 PLC integrated within Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive digital servo drives. Building on foundational IndraDrive knowledge, students will configure, parameterize, and operate the integrated PLC, including task timing, system I/O, expansion options, and programming. Hands-on exercises cover axis I/O control using PLCopen motion function blocks and HMI interfacing with IndraWorks™ and IndraLogic Visualization for simulation.

This two-day course focuses on the Motion-Logic functionality of the IndraLogic Gen2 PLC integrated within Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive digital servo drives. Building on knowledge from courses #1110 or #1600, students will configure, parameterize, and operate the integrated PLC, including task timing, system I/O, expansion options, and programming. Hands-on exercises include axis I/O control using PLCopen motion function blocks and HMI interfacing with IndraWorks™ and IndraLogic Visualization for simulation.

This two-day course focuses on the multi-axis Motion-Logic functionality of the IndraLogic Gen1 PLC integrated within Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive digital servo drives. Building on knowledge from the #1141 MLD-S course, students will configure, parameterize, and operate the integrated PLC, including task timing, system I/O, expansion options, programming, and multi-axis operation, as well as methods for interfacing with additional drives and HMIs.
