#3030-OS IndraLogic Gen2 Basic PLC Programming (This training will be held at your facility)

This three-day course introduces new users to the IndraLogic Gen2 PLCopen programming environment. It covers program structure, task configuration, data and variable types, debugging, and monitoring across all supported languages. Participants develop and run a multi-language project in a simulated environment and use IndraLogic Visualization for control and troubleshooting.

Description

What you will learn:

▶ Write and debug programs in Structured Text
▶ Write and debug Arrays in Structured Text
▶ Write and debug Structures in Structured Text
▶ Write and debug Enumerations in Structured Text
▶ Write and debug Arithmetic Operations in Structured Text
▶ Write and debug String functions in Structured Text
▶ Write and debug File Operations in Structured Text

This three-day course is designed to familiarize the new user to the IndraLogic Gen2 PLCopen programming environment. Subjects covered include program elements, task configurations, data types, variable types, program debug, and program monitoring. All supported languages will be covered, i.e., Structured Text, Ladder Diagram, Function Block Diagram, Sequential Function Chart, and Continuous Function Chart.  The students will be creating a project that uses all the programming languages. This project will be run in a simulated environment that allows all programs to run on the computer without the need for any other hardware devices. The IndraLogic Visualization tool will be used to control, monitor, and troubleshoot the various programs.

Prerequisites

▶ Students must have knowledge of the function, operation, and programming of PLCs.

Who should attend

▶ Engineering Technician
▶ Maintenance Technician
▶ Controls Technician
